Peter Gritt

Peter Gritt - Sports TherapyPeter Gritt first became interested in massage therapy after suffering a sports injury while studying kung fu.  His martial arts background has given him a keen interest in the way the body moves and functions, an interest that serves to drive an investigative, as well as hands on approach to massage therapy.

Peter has had experience treating a wide range of issues, from general tension and knots that might occur from both day to day life and through sporting activities, to treating muscular injuries and aiding recovery from operations such as hip and knee replacements.

His dedication to understanding the body allows him to offer an educational element to his treatments.  Advice on correct posture, stretching, and exercises is given to provide greater understanding of how to keep the body strong and active and prevent problems from reoccurring.
